**Job Title**: Marketing/ Market Representative

**Job Overview**: As a Marketing Representative in the field of International Education, you will play a vital role in promoting and enhancing the reputation of our educational institution on a global scale. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract international students, expand our global reach, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our institution. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking to effectively communicate the value and unique offerings of our programs to diverse audiences worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential target markets for international students.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

**Promotion and Outreach**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to target international students and their families.
- Represent the institution at international education fairs, conferences, and events to establish connections and build relationships.

**Digital** **Marketing**:

- Manage the institution's online presence, including social media, website, and relevant online platforms, to effectively engage with a global audience.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content to attract and engage prospective international students.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with admissions teams and other departments to align marketing efforts with enrolment goals and academic programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

**Brand Awareness**:

- Build and maintain a positive and consistent brand image for the institution across various international markets.
- Develop branding strategies that resonate with different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

**Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Generate leads and inquiries from prospective international students through various marketing channels.

**Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with international education agencies, counsellors, and partners to expand the institution's network.
- Provide exceptional customer service to international students, answering inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Proven experience in international education marketing or a related field.
- Has existing relationships with education consultants globally.
- Strong understanding of global education trends, cultures, and student recruitment strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Flexibility to travel internationally for events and promotions.
