MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1- Hoạch định chiến lược tiếp thị phù hợp cho từng giai đoạn kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp.
Plan appropriate marketing strategies for each business stage of the enterprise.
2- Xác định ngân sách hoạt động marketing, trình duyệt ngân sách và chịu trách nhiệm quản lý việc thu chi trong phạm vi ngân sách được duyệt.
Determine marketing budget, submit budget for approval and be responsible for managing revenue and expenditure within the approved budget.
3- Xây dựng kế hoạch tiếp thị, đưa ra giải pháp và quản lý việc thực hiện các kế hoạch đã lập. Các kế hoạch và giải pháp tiếp thị cần tập trung hoàn thành các mục tiêu kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp.
Develop marketing plans, propose solutions and manage the implementation of the plans. Marketing plans and solutions need to focus on completing the business goals of the enterprise.
4- Quản lý và điều hành tất cả các hoạt động tiếp thị sao cho đạt hiệu quả tốt nhất, đồng thời đảm bảo vận dụng tối đa các nguồn lực sẵn có của doanh nghiệp.
Manage and operate all marketing activities for maximum effectiveness, while ensuring maximum utilization of available business resources.
5- Xây dựng các chương trình nghiên cứu và phát triển, chịu trách nhiệm chỉ đạo việc thực thiện các chương trình này.
Develop research and development programs and be responsible for directing the implementation of these programs.
6- Ứng dụng công nghệ tiên tiến trong hoạt động kinh doanh, tổ chức các khóa huấn luyện, đào tạo nhân viên để nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc.
7- Phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan để xây dựng chính sách chăm sóc khách hàng phù hợp cho doanh nghiệp.
Coordinate with relevant departments to develop appropriate customer care policies for the business.
8- Quản lý và duy trì mối quan hệ thân thiết với khách hàng.
Manage and maintain close relationships with customers.
9- Xác định và đáp ứng tốt nhất các yêu cầu của khách hàng, đảm bảo kịp thời cập nhật những yêu cầu mới của khách hàng cho các bộ phận có liên quan.
Identify and best meet customer requirements, ensure timely updates of new customer requirements to relevant departments.
10- Báo cáo kết quả và tình hình thực hiện các hoạt động marketing cho ban giám đốc theo từng tháng.
Report results and implementation status of marketing activities to the board of directors every month. When detecting complicated problems, promptly notify the board of directors for timely handling.
11- Báo cáo tổng kết hoạt động marketing theo từng năm.
Annual marketing activity summary report.
12- Phối hợp với ban giám đốc trong việc giám sát quá trình làm việc của nhân viên cấp dưới và các bộ phận có liên quan khác.
Coordinate with the board of directors in supervising the work of subordinates and other related departments. From there, it is possible to ensure the completion of the common goals of the enterprise with maximum efficiency.
13- Có trách nhiệm quản lý nhân viên bộ phận marketing. Đồng thời phải chịu trách nhiệm đối với tất cả các hoạt động marketing của doanh nghiệp.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bằng Cử nhân/Thạc sĩ về Marketing hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực marketing từ 5 năm trở lên, thái độ cầu tiến.
Kinh nghiệm trong việc xác định đối tượng mục tiêu trên nhiều kênh.
Tư duy sáng tạo.
Kiến thức về các công cụ phân tích trang web (ví dụ như Google Analytics, WebTrends).
Kinh nghiệm trong việc thiết lập và tối ưu hóa các chiến dịch Google Adwords.
Khả năng diễn đạt tốt, thoải mái khi làm việc với số liệu.
Có mắt thẩm mĩ, nhạy bén với xu hướng thị trường.
Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và quản lý thời gian.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a progressive attitude.
Experience in identifying target audiences across multiple channels.
Creative thinking.
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Good communication skills, comfortable working with data.
Aesthetic eye, sensitive to market trends.
Leadership and time management skills.
