MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Propose business plan and search for customers/ Lên kế hoạch kinh doanh, tìm kiếm khách hàng
Carry out business planning from time to time.
Exploit sources of group guests for hotels.
Use room sales and service sales channels to find potential customers for the hotel.
Thực hiện việc lên kế hoạch kinh doanh theo từng thời điểm.
Khai thác các nguồn khách đoàn cho khách sạn.
Sử dụng các kênh bán phòng, bán dịch vụ để tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng cho khách sạn
2. Customer Service/ Chăm sóc Khách hàng
Responsible for monitoring service quality, proactively contacting customers.
Quickly resolve problems and incidents that arise during contract implementation.
Plan and deploy gifts and incentives to customers during holidays and New Year - especially important partners
Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát chất lượng dịch vụ, chủ động liên hệ hỏi thăm khách hàng.
Nhanh chóng giải quyết những vấn đề, sự cố phát sinh trong thời gian triển khai hợp đồng.
Lên kế hoạch và triển khai tặng quà, ưu đãi với khách hàng trong các dịp lễ, tết - đặc biệt là những đối tác quan trọng.
3. Market Development/ Phát triển thị trường
Coordinate with the department to plan market development for the hotel: find new target customers, find new use values of products - services...
Implement market development plans.
Phối hợp với bộ phận lên kế hoạch phát triển thị trường cho khách sạn: tìm kiếm khách hàng mục tiêu mới, tìm ra giá trị sử dụng mới của sản phẩm - dịch vụ
Triển khai thực hiện các kế hoạch phát triển thị trường.
4. Deploy business and advertising campaigns/ Triển khai các chiến dịch kinh doanh, quảng cáo
Coordinate with department staff and related departments to plan and organize business and advertising campaigns for the hotel.
Coordinate the implementation of business campaigns, advertising the hotel's existing and new products and services.
Monitor implementation process and evaluate effectiveness.
Phối hợp với nhân viên của bộ phận và bộ phận liên quan lên kế hoạch tổ chức các chiến dịch kinh doanh, quảng cáo cho khách sạn.
Phối hợp triển khai chiến dịch kinh doanh, quảng cáo các sản phẩm, dịch vụ hiện có và mới của khách sạn.
Theo dõi quá trình triển khai thực hiện và đánh giá hiệu quả.
