**The Role’s
- As BCI’s Business Development Consultant, you will focus on identifying new clients/businesses that need BCI Solutions, which will allow the client to win new business within the construction industry. BCI&039;s Lead Manager services enable our clients to get first
- hand business leads and allowed our clients to focus on securing new business.
- **Responsibilities:
- Understand clients&039; business needs by doing facts finding, product demos, and tailored suitable solutions for client&039;s business
- Perform daily outbound introduction calls to prospects, setting appointments with potential clients (face to face or virtually)
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients on the status, and close business deals including chase for payment.
- Focus to generate NEW SALES for BCI’s project Leads services (Lead Manager)
- Continuously improve market & product knowledge and selling skills.
- Consistently meet monthly and year
- to
- date sales targets & KPIs.
- Update individual sales activities through the company CRM system

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- **Requirements:
- Positive mindset & attitude. Discipline.
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Confident negotiator & comfortable dealing with objections.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in business development and possess record experience overachieving within a B2B sales environment.
- Proven ability to work in a target
- driven environment
