**Primary Admissions Officer**

We are looing for an outstanding **Primary Admissions Officer **to join our passionate, dedicated and experienced **Marketing and Admissions Department**. Reporting to the Primary Admissions Manager the Primary Admisisons Officer will be responsible for communication with prospective and current families and the co-ordination and administration of all tasks and activities related to admission and enrolment of students to the BIS Primary Campuses.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- To be the first point of contact for enquiries about student admissions from with a focus on Early Year’s and Infants families.
- To respond to all enquiries and to provide prospective parents with accurate and up-to-date information about the school and the curricula on offer; maintain detailed knowledge of the school’s provision and attend events in order to develop that knowledge.
- To meet with prospective parents and give guided fully personalised tours in person and virtually of the school following the Admissions Excellence training of the NAE Family Experience Journey (FEJ).
- Nurture a pipeline of potential parents, sharing new information with the family to keep them interested in the school.
- Develop and nurture parent relationships to build advocacy and generate referrals.
- To ensure that the Head Teacher, Head of Year, class teachers and other relevant colleagues are aware of new admissions and leavers by following the transition in and out procedures.
- To support in the planning and on the day organisation of new student orientation events and be actively involved in settling new families into the school.

Applications are invited from enthusiastic, confident, qualified and experienced individuals. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years’ recent work experience in a related position such as Sales, Admissions, Marketing, or Customer Services is essential.
