Report to:
Vice Chairwoman of the Executive Committee and Chief People Officer

Strategic change initiatives to drive enhanced organisational effectiveness (including developing a culture and climate that is consistent with requirements) within the business.

Leading the management and development of people within his/her HR team.

Responsible for ensuring that ER delivery is fully aligned to the strategic goals of the business.

Development of human capital in alignment with the business strategy. Define HR priorities and agenda in line with our global People strategy and Growth strategy

Leading and Developing HR strategy (including the talent component) for the business (how will we organise, develop, manage and motivate the workforce needed to deliver the business strategy).

Hires, guides and develops leadership team and extended leadership team in their respective roles

Has BG overheads and HR financial and budgetary responsibility for Feed-Aqua BGs.

Leads and develop BG HR Team, with full responsibility over BG HR budgets

Work closely with the Leadership team to the define and execute the key People priorities

Builds capabilities (future fit skills, industrial expertise, be-spoke development programs for BG key talents)

Drives operational best practice across the business group

Collaborates Employer Branding activities for BG together with Group's EB team in order to attract best and relevant talents for the BG

Establishes strong monitoring framework, with regular reporting to the Executive Team against Key Performance indicators

Over 15 years of experience in HR, in which at least 10 years of experience in HRD in manufacturing companies with 500 employee size including sales team

Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Laws or other related majors

Mastery of labor law, PIT, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance...
