**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and control the tax compliance including VAT, CIT, FCWT, DST
- Develop management for tax compliance and planning
- Coordinate with internal business units such as Region, SSC, Finance, Commercial, Sales, Project, CEG, HR, Supply Chain depts. to ensure the effective tax management regarding compliance and planning
- Study the tax policy development trend, evaluate the impact to company business for any tax policy changed and develop solution
- Review and analyze the tax effects of proposed business transactions and prepare operating guidelines for new business activity
- To participate in the entity sales and bidding contracts, providing tax opinions concerning the related tax risks/ exposures and cost
- Responsible for handling Tax Audit in any case
- Work with auditors
- Prepare tax compliance policies, including work instruction and manual check list and ensure them in accordance with the tax law’s requirements
- Identify tax risk area, lead and monitor about tax risk management with management team;
- To keep track of the developments of tax regulations
- Maintain relationships with external consultant to ensure a clear understanding of company’s business operations and timely support on key projects

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor in Accounting or Economics or Taxation
- Strong knowledge of tax and accounting fields (both IFRS and VAS)
- A minimum of 2 years experiences as tax manager/specialist position in BIG FOUR or Foreign company
- Good time and project management skills
- High pressure ability and stressful situations
- Understand and accept ASIAN culture
- Good command of English or Chinese: Listening, speaking, reading, writing
- Proficiency in MS Office computer skill
- With great willingness and ability to meet challenges
- Strong learning capabilities
