**1. Financial planning**- Collaborate with other teams/departments to formulate the annual Budget for Business Units and Holding.-
- Consolidate budget/forecasts at the entity level.-
- Conduct budget appraisal and oversee master budget control.-
- Enhance, maintain, and develop budget processes, procedures, and systems.**2. Treasury**- Develop monthly/quarterly/yearly cash flow forecasts.-
- Monitor cash flow closely for effective planning of Operation Expenditure and investment.-
- Assist in establishing and refining treasury operations.**3. Analysis & Cost control**- Examine and analyze the Business/Operations departments performance in relation to the Target/Budget, and define the actions required to meet targets;-
- Collaborate with the Admission & Marketing/ Learning Experience department to know more new insights and adjustments related to the strategy and daily operation;-
- Execute cost-controlling measures via key cost drivers, standard coast, etc. and guarantee effective resource allocation;-
- Identify issues, analyze insights, and give recommendations to enhance business performance;-
- Calculate breakeven points for all products and support to price setting;-
- Make policy or procedure changes to improve financial performance.**4. Internal control**- Establish and operate internal controls, policies, and procedures;-
- Oversee compliance with those policies and procedures;-
- Design and implement control activities;-
- Monitor control effectiveness.**5. System control and automation**- Develop processes, policies, procedures on working tools (Base, ERP, HubSpot...);-
- In charge of the digital transformation process of the finance function.**6. Other duties**- Recommend and provide essential training for staff in the finance department to upskill and increase competencies;-

Bachelor's degree preferably Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; At least two-year experience related to corporate finance, financial advisory, auditing, accounting, internal control... Experienced in information gathering, processing accounting data, general statistics; Ability to present financial data using visual displays; Honest, careful, meticulous, diligent, with a high sense of responsibility, and eager to learn; Have passion and long-term orientation to the accounting profession; Enjoy working in the environment that placing premium on human development, creating values and positive changes for people; Outstanding logical, creative and systematic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
