Supply Chain Leader will be responsible for develop/control suppliers, planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity

**Responsibilities**:
Develop SOPs for Process, Develop, Control and Audit, including supplier evaluation criteria, performance tracking, and management plans.
Put in place a contracting manual, including contract governance. Provide input to Legal to create master supplier / service provider contracts that include all important clauses (e.g. delivery, payments, governance law, etc.) and customize contracts to accommodate specific requirements.
Provide inputs on local practices and limitations to the Plant Head; ensure contract compliance with local regulations; and drive performance improvement for direct and indirect materials, including global suppliers.
Work with the Supplier Quality team to ensure supplier qualification and compliance with legal, ethical, and partner commitments (e.g., ISO, AFC)
Drive operational standardized data analytics, including spend cube analysis for all categories (supporting both Procurement and Contract Manufacturing), with SCM Excellence.
- Ensure spend cube analytics to support demand management, Create performance tracking dashboards - Monitor local supplier/service provider data, analyze performance, performance regulator audit of performance and site visits, and driver performance improvement at each production site
Provide input to Legal in order to amend the master contract and SOPs in response to changing regulations, working methods, and business risks.
Continuously improve supplier assessment criteria and guidelines while working in close collaboration with various PPT teams such as Risks, Quality Assurance, Finance, Materials Management, Contract Manufacturing, and so on.
Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities; prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports, share and collaborate with SCM Excellence
Conduct risk, cost-scenarios, pricing analysis, and Market Intelligent update & trends for each product category, share and collaborate with SCM Excellence
Recommend, initiate, and implement cost-cutting measures based on analysis, and share and collaborate with SCM Excellence Additional Responsibilities
Design and generate monthly statistical forecasting models.
Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, ensure that processes and methods followed are based on the best practice (continuous improvement of forecasting techniques, methods and approaches) Measure the forecast accuracy
Control inventory targets approved by management to guarantee the right coverage in order to avoid lost sales or over stock situations
Organize forecast and inventory planning meetings with Merchandising Department to review sales forecasts and inventory coverage (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, event, phase in and phase out items)
Produce order of carry over items to provide Production Departments the inputs to satisfy the demand
Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems
Prepare reports and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to the management (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets)
Develop systems and procedures required to meet service level and inventory objectives
Manage and control suppliers for JIT activities to achieved customer requirement. Qualifications
Bachelor degree in statistic, mathematics, engineer or related fields
At least 8 years or more of Supply chain & purchasing experience, plus a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role A demonstrated thorough understanding of both business and financial issues
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficiency in Excel, ERP(SAP) and statistical software packages
Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing, operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues
Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical skills
Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics
Collaborative skills in resolving long and short positions in inventory Other note
