Join us as the newly created Vaccines Key Account Management (KAM) Lead position, where you can drive changes in vaccine private market with breakthrough products & innovative solutions.

As a change-agent, KAM Lead will be responsible to establish and elevate strategic partnership between company and strategic customers. This person would transform commercial opportunities into strategic approaches & innovative deliverables. A perfect communicator, KAM lead will harmonize and integrate values of internal and external stakeholders and ensure best offerings to strategic customers. Furthermore, this individual is empowered to champion innovative approaches to serve customers, consumers, and society better.

As a direct report of Business Unit Director, this person is a part of leadership and has responsible to lead and develop reporting managers. This is a prime opportunity to enhance commercial leadership, enterprise mindset and interpersonal leadership.

**Strategic planning (40%)**
- Lead direct team & cross functional team to establish long-term & annual plan for MSD’s strategic partner
- Lead the Gross-to-net approach for KAM model, including pricing, promotional mix and other resources planning
- Lead the conceptualize of innovative go-to-market model, focus on elevating values & experience for stakeholders (i.e: healthcare consumers, key accounts, and others)
- Provide strategic consultation for brand/ business lead and ensure harmonization in strategic approach & commercial practice
- Monitor and provide prompt strategic changes to leadership regarding the ongoing market landscape
- Leverage global & regional resources & experience for local KAM approach

**Key account management (30%)**
- Lead the holistic customer engagement for strategic customer with pre-aligned objectives & KPIs
- Champion strategic conversation between MSD and strategic partner
- Guide the KAM function in harmonization of implementation with salesforce for strategic partner
- Shape advocacy among internal and external key stakeholders in pursuing KAM approach
- Deploy emerging digital, data & analytics practice into KAM

**New go-to-market model (20%)**
- Supervise the test-and-learn, and later scaling up, for innovative go-to-market vaccination model
- Champion the localization of global & regional best practices for innovative access
- Leverage KAM approach to facilitate innovative go-to-market model

**Team management & capabilities building (10%)**
- Coach and develop direct team of key account manager & business development manager
- Lead the organizational development of new capabilities in the field of key account management & trade management
- Be a senior member of department leadership team

**_ Desired Experience/Education: _**
- University degree in related business fields with 7-plus years of outstanding tracked record on the field of key account management, trade marketing or new business/ new channel development
- Excellence & seniority in customer management & client service
- Experience in competitive and highly regulated industry is a plus
- Experience in brand marketing and sales leadership is a plus as well
- Inspiring communication skills, interpersonal skills & stakeholder management
- Excellence in analytics capabilities, strategy realization and business negotiation
- Result-driven, solution-oriented, innovation and willing-to-do
- Leadership capabilities with expanded span of influence internally: direct team & peers, cross-functional team and salesforce
