**Tư vấn và lên kế hoạch**:
Gặp gỡ khách hàng, đề xuất phương án hợp tác/chuẩn hóa nhu cầu của khách hàng
Nhận brief và lên định hướng trả bài/planning + phương án phối hợp phòng ban nội bộ
Gửi bản triển khai chi tiết (Quotation/Timeline/Media Plan/PR Plan/.) cho khách hàng
Present, điều chỉnh (nếu có) và chốt phương án cuối cùng với khách hàng
**Vận hành và quản lí dự án**:
Giám sát quá trình triển khai và vận hành chiến dịch
Lên kế hoạch chi tiết để triển khai các hợp đồng đã ký với khách hàng
Tư vấn, chào bán sản phẩm mới cho khách hàng
II.YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Có kinh nghiệm từ 3 năm về lập kế hoạch truyền thông, quảng cáo (Account/Planner)
Ưu tiên đã từng có kinh nghiệm mảng TV show, truyền hình, event
Kĩ năng research thông tin, khai thác insight, tư vấn các giải pháp phù hợp cho nhãn hàng
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình tốt và khả năng bảo vệ quan điểm
Khả năng tổng hợp, phân tích tốt, tư duy logic & chú ý đến chi tiết

**Lương, thưởng**:
Mức lương thương lượng theo năng lực.
Thưởng quý, năm hấp dẫn theo đánh giá hiệu quả công việc và tình hình kinh doanh bao gồm: Thưởng đạt, vượt chỉ tiêu KPIs, OKRs, thưởng thành tích vượt trội, thưởng nóng.
Thưởng hiệu quả cuối năm theo hiệu quả công việc, kết quả kinh doanh và quy định công ty, thưởng thâm niên làm việc, thưởng tự khoe (thành tích cá nhân, bộ phận).
Điều chỉnh lương linh hoạt theo kết quả công việc.
