**Job Purpose**:
The job holder is responsible for/supports the management, planning and implementation of the strategic and operational framework for the Transaction Banking/Financial Markets product implementation activities and is responsible for the volume of transactional banking/financial market products in the portfolio/corporate customer segment assigned on the basis of agreed plans with GTS Consultants

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

- MANAGEMENT/SUPPORTING PRODUCT EXECUTION DEPARTMENT
- Responsible for/supports to promote the volume và value of transaction banking/financial markets products, limits and TOI of GTS customers as agreed with GTS Consultant/GTS Portfolio Management
- Manage product transaction flow for all transaction banking/financial markets products by providing accurate and timely quotes for client's transaction/solution request and ensure timely execution on the same SLAs stated for both direct and branch service customers.
- Create and monitor control and audit systems to ensure that all transactions are conducted within compliance with local regulatory requirements as well as compliance with bank and audit standards. internal accounting.
- Act as contact point to update exchange rate information to sales departments and customers at assigned systems. Guide and advise units on issues related to trading of financial market products, including but not limited to issues related to system operation, products and product processes (For with Financial Markets).
- Responsible for working with sales management to generate and provide data analysis and reports facilitating accurate planning and forecasting for products and ensuring availability of resources to provide better service and coverage to existing customers.
- Operational risk management for assigned products and customer portfolios

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

- MAINTENANCE và IMPROVE THE PRODUCT PLATFORM
- Work with GTS Product, IT and Transformation at TCB to enhance platforms and ensure the platform is up to date and can be deployed at a good price based on margin requirements and FTP and is in line with the bank's strategy to provide first-class customer service and customer support.
- Maintain communication platforms for feedback on trading platforms
- Report service failure issues to relevant department
- Ensure the necessary risk reduction and control systems are in place to comply with internal and regulatory compliance requirements for each transaction processed and executed.

- CONTROL TRADE VOLUME ONLY
- Identify the tactics and processes to boost the flow of transactions and be responsible for increasing the volume and trading revenue based on the activity plan set at the beginning of the year, allocating the budget for each headcount
- Transfer customer transactions to electronic transaction channels (FEB, H2H, etc.)
- Work closely with stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Work closely with the portfolio management department to implement GTS's business promotion programs, campaigns and packages for customers.

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- University degree or equivalent and relevant professional certificates in the field of Banking, Financial Accounting, priority is given to the top training institutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and finance (GTS, transaction banking, consulting, capital, financial markets and/or wholesale banking) in sales and marketing positions.
- Expertise in transaction banking (TB) by economic fields (customer needs, solution development, operation, risk management, etc.)
- Knowledge of products (prices and pricing of trading products)/financial markets
- Risk Awareness, Control and Monitoring
- Development of technology, digitization, data in the financial market
- Have a customer account strategy, communication and persuasion skills
