**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work and budget within the team/project.
- Manage stock loan product including but not limited to analyzing and keeping track of product performance, P&L and policy.
- Develop and deploy stock loan products in alignment with product operations process and company’s policy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Risk, Operation, Legal) to implement the product or campaigns or improvement of existing product in terms of selling process, product parameters, risk indicators and others.
- Conduct market research to propose new campaigns/ initiatives or improvement plan to optimize product portfolio performance and business strategy.
- Build and update product programs reflecting changes.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Department..

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- At least 5 years of experience in stock loan service/product in Securities companies.
- Experience in Loan Payments, Debit and Credits, Interest Capitalization, Drawdowns, Client and Financial Advisors’ Processes and Self Service, Credit Checks, and Payments.
- Deep Knowledge in Loan Processes such as Prospecting, Onboarding, Origination, Valuation
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with cross functional stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a challenging and fast paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate..
