**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
1. Make business strategy for the new business sector of the Company:

- Products set up
- Deal sourcing
- Conduct strategic research and due diligence investigations
- Prepare reports, models and forecasts
- Support for IPO plan

2. Manage 2 Units of Individual loan and Corporate loan (for Secured Loan only):

- Sales & fulfil the target of secured products
- Build sales scheme & bonus scheme for sales staff and/or outsource agent
- Assess corporate banking clients to sell corporate products

3. Monitor the value of collateral to ensure that the handling of collateral takes place at the prescribed time:

- Standardize the procedure of loan security
- Monitor the Blockade of collateral/ mortgage assets
- Periodical monitor, inspection & evaluate of collaterals
- Execute the un-block procedures of collateral (when terminate the loan, or customers request to liquidate the collateral to repay partly or totally the loan)
- Force execution of collateral for collection of the loan

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor degrees: Priority for major related Finance-Banking.
- At least 5 year experience in corporate banking management, especially in secured loan products.
- Have good relationship with dealers/shops network.
- Have analysis skill of reading financial balance sheet and assessing corporate strength.
- Strong communication skills, data analysis skills, presentation skills.
