**What We Can Offer**:
Book travel and accommodations for the Keyrock research team.
- Coordinate trip itinerary with companies and brokers for the Keyrock research team. This will involve communicating with corporate access, in addition to setting up bespoke meetings.
- Use broker websites to get access to reports and event calendars.
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms in expert network and translation firms used by Keyrock.
- Reconcile billing by expert networks to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Follow-up with the Keyrock research team to input missed entries.
- Work with Keyrock’s compliance team to craft documents for various Keyrock entities in English and Japanese.
- Manage continuing education requirements for the Keyrock team across multiple countries. Track gifts and entertainment.
- Respond to KYC and AML requests from the firm’s various counterparties

**Job Requirements**:
Advanced Japanese (N2 or higher).
- Advanced English (minimum: IELTS 6.5 / TOEIC 945 / TOEFL iBT 90, or equivalent).
- Highly organized, diligent and personable
