The Senior Coordinator, Research & Projects is responsible for the administrative support for all internal & external research grants, teaching & learning awards, the RMIT Vietnam Strategic Innovation Challenge, and other projects within the school.

The Senior Coordinator will work with and support a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to:

- Coordinate and plan the schedule budget.
- Highlight and provide solutions to address the risks and challenges of the project.
- Ensure that all projects run smoothly and are well-organized, within the designated timeframe and budget.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- A bachelor’s degree or above and significant relevant experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of research services, and/or the administration of external research funding preferred.
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently handle a range of situations with people from a diverse range of academic and business backgrounds.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT

English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent, as outlined in the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Guidelines).

For any role, English Language Proficiency may also be proven by showing successful completion of secondary education to a level qualifying to enter university study while being instructed through the medium of English, as per the RMIT University recognised qualification list.
