- In charge of the kitchen of the Social Club restaurant (80 seats) which will undergo a renovation and rebranding in September 2024.
- Oversee kitchen operations, food and staff management.
- Ensure food quality, consistency while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years experience in similar position, preferably in premium or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent speaking and writing proficiency in English language
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable in execution and follow-through
- Diploma in hospitality or culinary certificate
- Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all time
- Strong culinary skills, creativity, attention to detail
