**How you Will do it**
- ** 360-Degree Feedback**

**Implement, and manage the current 360-degree feedback process to gather comprehensive insights into employee performance and development areas.**

**Analyze feedback data and provide actionable recommendations for individual and team development.**
- ** Personal Development Plans (PDP)**

**Collaborate with department heads and employees to create effective and tailored Personal Development Plans aligned with organizational goals.**

**Monitor and track the progress of PDPs, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.**
- ** Succession Planning**

**Lead and facilitate succession planning initiatives to identify and develop high-potential talent within the organization.**

**Work closely with department heads to create talent pipelines and ensure a smooth transition of key roles.**
