**Job Description**:

**We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Development Executive/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Development Executive/Supervisor, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing talent development initiatives within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to develop and nurture our employees' talents effectively.**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Control the quality of Teaching Assistants**:

- **Implement and maintain a quality assurance framework to monitor and evaluate the performance of TAs.**:

- **Develop strategies to enhance the skills and capabilities of TAs through targeted training and upskilling initiatives.**

**2. Develop TAs into full-time staff at Apollo**:

- **Recruit a sufficient number of TAs on a monthly basis as per the center's requirements.**:

- **Build and update the onboarding process to ensure a minimum of 80% successful onboarding after training.**:

- **Implement a quality insurance tracking system through observation and upskilling training.**:

- **Build and implement a TA Career Roadmap to support their professional growth.**

**3. Internal Talent Development**:

- **Identify and maintain systems to develop internal talents within the organization.**:

- **Provide support and guidance to LXOs and offer advice when needed.**

**4. Onboarding and Training LXOs**:

- **Standardize procedures and training for LXOs.**:

- **Train and support new LXOs during their probation period, aiming for a minimum of 80% successful onboarding after training.**:

- **Maintain discipline and track the learning and development of LXOs on Google Classroom, aiming for a 90% compliance rate.**

**5. Content Management and Center Discipline**:

- **Maintain updated and useful content for GG classroom NTW (Global Gurus) to ensure its relevance and value for learners.**:

- **Track and monitor the discipline of the center.**

**6. TA Salary System and Training Organization**:

- **Responsible for maintaining the TA salary system for the center.**:

- **Coordinate and organize internal and external training programs for TAs, LXOs, ECs, CSOs, and CMs.**:

- **Ensure the smooth running of all training programs.**:

- **Conduct follow-ups after training, including recaps, feedback, and assignments.**

**7. Other Duties**:

- **Perform other administrative duties and projects assigned by the line manager as required.**

Job Requirements
- **Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.**:

- **Proven experience in talent development, training, or related roles.**:

- **Strong leadership and organizational skills.**:

- **Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.**:

- **Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.**:

- **Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for tracking and managing talent development processes.**
