1. Executes short and long-term sales strategies to meet Country business plans and goals to grow market share bydemonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
2. Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships with strategically important customers to influence opportunities. Qualifies and assesses potential construction clients and opportunities.
3. Evaluates Dahua’ overall customer satisfaction performance and leads initiatives that drive company improvement ofcustomer satisfaction and proactive resolution on customer issues
4. In conjunction with Country Sales Manager, establishes Country account development goals consistent with Countrystrategic direction. Ensures focus on developing new business at Target Accounts. Consistently seeks to expand the scope oftechnical sales.
5. Analyzes assigned markets and current business performance to ensure strategies are on course to meeting planned profitsand makes adjustments to the plan when necessary.
6. Other tasks

**Job Requirements**:

- Language Skill: English internal use or Chinese internal use
- Industry: any technical products in B2B sales
- Year of experience: at least 2 years
- Be able to go for business trip
