Human Resource Vietnamese Kl Office

**Responsibilities**
- Performing administrative activities across different HR processes like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes including but not limiting to:
- Processing data changes in the HRIS and Perform mass data uploads.
- Generating documents/offers/paperwork according to the case/ticket.
- Responding to employee queries
- Manage cases on the case management tool.
- Coordinate with multiple third parties and vendors.
- Validate data correctness and approvals as per case/ticket.
- Calculate and settle standard & complex benefits.
- Manage and administer Open Enrolment cycle.
- Manage Leave of Absence Impacts
- Manage reporting across Hire to Retire processes.
- Supporting in User acceptance testing
- Manage Localization, repatriation, and assignment extension in accordance with SOPs.
- Manage training schedules and enrolments.
- Manage and support Time & attendance transactions processing and corrections.
- Manage payroll inputs and zero to gross processing.
- Payroll processing and disbursement
- Payroll reporting and reconciliation and validation
- Conduct reference checks.
- Evaluate HR function performance and conduct research on basis industry standards.
- Perform various employee data analysis and linking with talent management.
- Publish analytics dashboards for senior HR stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes.
- Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas.
- Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by co-ordinating with different stakeholders
- Work closely with the overall process lead to ensure that any process changes / updates are processed
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or equivalent education
- 4 - 5 years of experience in HR shared services/Operations
- Experience in Workday or similar HCM.
- Good communication skills for voice support
- Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.
- Vietnamese & Basic English is required.
This role will be relocating to Malaysia. All employment documentation will be sponsored by the company including early relocation package and flight ticket.
**Salary**: 43,000,000₫ - 53,000,000₫ per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hà Nội: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
**Experience**:
- HR shared services/Operations: 4 years (required)
- workday or similar HCM: 3 years (preferred)
- Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Vietnamese & English (required)
