Assure sales offices’s being set up as plan and operate smoothly and in compliance with FWD’s and regulatory governance, manage SO & TO operations effectively to support sales team run daily business in offices.
JOB SUMMARY:
- In charge support sales offices (SO) & temporary offices (TO) in South & Central region, work with related departments to make sure renting and fitting-out; legal documents, etc. as timelines & compliance with FWD’s and regulatory governance so that FCT office can get into good operation as plan.
- In charge all operations of regional sales offices after opening: legal document, work with vendor
- Execute Sales offices' payment process and other admin tasks, work closely with finance to make sure on the expenses paid to vendors in right time, accruately
- Control sales office operation expenses within budget approved.
- Deliver services & quick supports to Sales offices as well as handle complaints in daily operation from sales team & vendor
- Other assignments from Line Manager (if any)
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in the role of support functions/administration
- Knowledge of legal and accounting principles, risk awareness;
- Budget control;
- Understanding of standard business practices;
- Communication and influencing skill, able to work with agency/vendors
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good at management, risk management, budget control;
- Good at Excel, standard software (e.g. MS Office)
- Demonstrated capacity for well organization, effective time-management and good communication
- Work under pressure, dynamic, responsibilities
