***Get to know the role**

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- **You drive the repayment performance of GFin portfolios**
- **Be responsible for tracking and managing Department operations, to deliver OKR set for the team**
- **Constantly improve internal and external processes, support initiatives to increase funnel performance**
- **Establish training and QC materials for developing the knowledge and skills of team members**
- **Present proposals and results, and provide regular progress updates to the management**
- **Manage and execute other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and Directors**

**The Must-Haves**
- **Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility**
- **At least 4 years experience as a leader in Collections or related positions**
- **Detail oriented person**
- **High level of responsibility and self-motivation**
- **Knowledgeable of people management, leadership, problem solving**
- **Have strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English**
- **Good presentation skills and public speaking**
- **Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
