Monitoring customer accounts
- Cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng nhanh chóng và hiệu quả để giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng

Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
- Theo dõi mục tiêu bán hàng của team sales

Keeping track of sales targets
- Liên tục hỗ trợ các hoạt động, dịch vụ khách hàng và sales team đối với hàng freehands

Consistently provide support to the operations, Customer service and sales team for freehands cargo
- Theo dõi các thông tin liên lạc từ khách hàng một cách chuyên nghiệp và kịp thời

Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
- Giữ và xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng, hãng tàu và hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác

Maintain and build relationships with ships and professional image with clients, carriers & support other departments
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ phát sinh

Perform arising tasks assigned by direct management and the Board of Directors.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực logistics forwarder.

Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding
- Nhạy bén trong kinh doanh và có hiểu biết về tình hình giá cả thị trường ngành logistics

Business acument and have understanding about local market pricing condition
- Kĩ năng thương lượng

Negotiation skills
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề

Problem solving skills
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Chuỗi cung ứng, Logistics, Quản lý vận tải, Kinh doanh hoặc các ngành khác có liên quan

Graduated from Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business or other related discipline.
- Kỹ năng chăm sóc khách hàng và làm việc nhóm tốt

Good sense of customer service and team work.
- Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao

Ability to deal with high pressure situation.
- Thời gian làm việc: Từ Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu, từ 8h00 đến 17h30

The working time: From Mondays to Fridays, from 08h00 to 17h30

**Salary**: From 8,000,000₫ per month
