**Mô tả**
- Provide Sales Operation Support for export market/ Cung cấp Hỗ trợ Hoạt động Bán hàng cho thị trường xuất khẩu
- Responsible for all the translation of export market documents and information/ Chịu trách nhiệm về tất cả các bản dịch các tài liệu và thông tin thị trường xuất khẩu
- Answer customer general inquiries and handle general sales leads/ Trả lời các câu hỏi chung của khách hàng và xử lý các đầu mối bán hàng chung
- Answer incoming request calls/ Trả lời các cuộc gọi yêu cầu đến
- Promptly address customer questions and including but not limited to: product specification, certifications of quality, complaints, supply availability, regulatory compliance, and payment term/ Giải quyết kịp thời các câu hỏi của khách hàng và không giới hạn ở: đặc điểm kỹ thuật sản phẩm, chứng nhận chất lượng, khiếu nại, khả năng cung cấp, tuân thủ quy định và thời hạn thanh toán.
- Arrange documentation for customers upon request/ Sắp xếp hồ sơ cho khách hàng theo yêu cầu
- Create and maintain customer & channel partners database/ Tạo và duy trì cơ sở dữ liệu khách hàng và các đối tác kênh
- Prepare sales contract/ Chuẩn bị hợp đồng bán hàng
- Own sales documents filing/ Cung cấp tài liệu bán hàng
- Create new business forms and templates when requested/ Tạo các biểu mẫu và dạng thức kinh doanh mới khi được yêu cầu
- Liaise with Marketing for product brochure, literature and other marketing tools storage and replenishment/ Liên lạc với Tiếp thị để có tài liệu quảng cáo sản phẩm, tài liệu và các công cụ tiếp thị khác để lưu trữ và bổ sung
- Maintain export pricing accuracy in system and provide approved price quotation to sales team when needed/ Duy trì độ chính xác của giá xuất khẩu trong hệ thống và cung cấp báo giá đã được phê duyệt cho nhóm bán hàng khi cần
- Assist sales team to submit new price request form for special price approval/ Hỗ trợ nhóm bán hàng gửi biểu mẫu yêu cầu giá mới để được phê duyệt giá đặc biệt
- Monitor payment of customers/ Theo dõi việc thanh toán của khách hàng
- Coordinate sample parts collection (coordination, purchase & distribution), inventory control and delivery for oversea market/ Phối hợp thu thập các mẫu sản phẩm (điều phối, mua và phân phối), kiểm soát hàng tồn kho và giao hàng cho thị trường nước ngoài
- Assist marketing for the trade show, or event preparation/ Hỗ trợ tiếp thị cho triển lãm thương mại hoặc chuẩn bị sự kiện
- Liaise with Sales, technical and customer service team for all the sales and product related issues/ Liên lạc với nhóm Bán hàng, kỹ thuật và dịch vụ khách hàng về tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến bán hàng và sản phẩm
- Assist company visitors and customers for lodging and other logistic arrangement upon request/ Hỗ trợ khách của công ty và khách hàng về chỗ ở, sắp xếp hậu cần khác theo yêu cầu
- Support other specific business-related tasks upon request/ Hỗ trợ các công việc cụ thể khác liên quan đến kinh doanh theo yêu cầu.

**Yêu cầu**
- Education/ Trình độ: Undergraduate degree from University preferably in business administration, English Language, merchandising support, marketing, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Science or equivalent (Tốt nghiệp từ Đại học trở lên, ưu tiên về quản trị kinh doanh, Ngôn ngữ Anh, hỗ trợ bán hàng, tiếp thị, Kỹ thuật hóa học, Hóa học, Khoa học hoặc tương đương)
- Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: New graduate or 1+ years of experience in sales operation support, or customer service role for plastic, printing, packaging or food industry / Sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp hoặc hơn 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực hỗ trợ vận hành bán hàng hoặc vai trò dịch vụ khách hàng cho ngành nhựa, in ấn, bao bì hoặc thực phẩm
