**Role Purpose**:
Manage the HR function comprehensively for all aspects in Vietnam, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, and organizational and leadership development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan the company's human resources strategy, including organization structure, departmental divisions, and role definitions.
- Coordinate with departments to assess recruitment needs and develop staffing plans aligned with business requirements. Oversee the country's recruitment process.
- Develop and oversee learning initiatives supporting talent development, cultural enhancement, and addressing business challenges.
- Serve as a business partner and coach for management team members, collaborating with leaders to enhance their leadership competencies.
- Support the business with training plans and deploy in-house training programs.
- Collaborate with the country management team on talent selection, education, development, and retention strategies.
- Ensure local HR policies, procedures, compensation and benefits, bonus and commission plans adhere to Schletter standards.
- Keep internal stakeholders and the Head of HR Asia informed about changes in labor laws.
- Develop performance management policies and oversee the performance review process to foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead and promote the development of company culture and values among managers and employees.
- Champion HR projects assigned by the Asia HR Head.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years in HR general management roles.
- Competencies:

- Strong organizational skills to meet priorities and deadlines with high-quality work.
- Hands-on approach with excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to facilitate change.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Sense of urgency, diligence, and awareness of confidentiality.
- Strong ethical principles.
- Language: Fluent in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

**Salary**: 13,000,000₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month
