Hanoi, Vietnam ICONIC Co,.Ltd. Full time

**Job description**:

- Cooperate with Consulting firm to create and register Labor Regulations.
- General HR operations: recruitment activities, joining procedures, social insurance registration, payroll calculation, PIT declaration, labor management for the two companies in TQ and YB.
- (if any) Cooperate with Accounting firm to manage daily transactions/monthly report for Wood pellet factory in YB. (Consultation required depending on ability)
- Prepare bank transaction.
- Collect documents and provide to Accounting firm for bookkeeping purpose/ Financial statement preparation.
- Cooperate with Accounting firm to finalize monthly report/ VAT Declaration/CIT Declaration/ PIT Declaration.
- Cooperate with Auditor and Tax Department.
- Give Accounting Advice to Management Team.
- Other Ad hoc work If any.

**Job requirements**:

- Fluently in English and knowing Japanese is a plus.
- Male/Female with age up to 35.
- At least 5 years’ working experience in the HR field and 2 years’ working experience with Manufacturing firm.
- Having understandings about Labor Law.
- **_Preferred skills:_**:

- (if any) Having experience in HR at the beginning of the company's establishment.
- (if any) Having experience in simple accounting work and using accounting software/ERP software is a plus such as: FAST, SAP, Oracle.
- Having experience working in the large Japanese Group is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Good in communication, teamwork, time management to meet deadlines.
- High responsibility, ready to work under pressure and willing to travel to TQ/YB 2 times/week in the future.
- Having knowledge of Vietnamese labor law especially manufacturing field.
- Honesty.
