Vị trí Nhân viên Nhân sự tham gia thực hiện các hoạt động hàng ngày của phòng Tiền lương & Phúc lợi liên quan đến người lao động trong Doanh nghiệp dưới sự hướng dẫn và giám sát chặt chẽ của cấp quản lý. Vai trò này sẽ đảm nhận đa dạng các công việc liên quan đến nguồn nhân lực và văn hóa doanh nghiệp và là đầu mối liên hệ thường xuyên với mục đích thúc đẩy, duy trì và chuyển đổi trải nghiệm việc làm của nhân viên.
- The HR Generalist will participate in implementing daily employee-related operations within the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team under the close guidance and supervision of the management. This role will undertake a wide range of P&C tasks and act as a regular point of contact with the aim to foster, maintain and transform employee working experience. _

**Vai trò, Trách Nhiệm & Công việc chính/ **_Roles, Responsibilities & Typical Activities_**

1. Thực hiện các công việc hành chính hàng ngày hỗ trợ cho các quy trình nhân sự, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn việc quản lý dữ liệu nhân sự, chấm công, chế độ phúc lợi, đánh giá hiệu suất công việc, gắn kết và giữ chân nhân viên, quy trình thôi việc, v.v

2. Thực hiện việc cập nhật dữ liệu và tham gia việc kiểm tra, cập nhật chức năng cũng như báo cáo các vấn đề, lỗi trên các phần mềm / hệ thống Nhân sự nội bộ theo yêu cầu quản lý và trong phạm vi trách nhiệm công việc. Duy trì và cập nhật cơ sở dữ liệu nhân sự một cách kịp thời và hiệu quả

3. Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra và lưu trữ các chứng từ, hồ sơ nhân sự theo yêu cầu quản lý

4. Hướng dẫn và giải đáp thắc mắc của nhân viên về các vấn đề nhân sự trong phạm vi trách nhiệm công việc

5. Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan trong việc chuẩn bị cho các hoạt động khen thưởng, gắn kết và tri ân nhân viên

6. Thực hiện thu thập, phân tích cơ bản, tổng hợp dữ liệu và lập các báo cáo nhân sự (theo quy định và theo yêu cầu)

7. Hỗ trợ việc rà soát và đưa ra các đề xuất cải tiến các quy trình, thủ tục, biểu mẫu, hệ thống để nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ Nhân sự

8. Tham gia vào các hoạt động, các dự án của nhóm và của công ty

9. Các công việc khác theo sự phân công

1. _Responsible for daily administrative tasks to implement human resources (HR) processes, including but not limited to, HR data management, timekeeping, benefits, employee engagement and retention, termination process, etc._
- 2. Perform data entry and assist in testing, updating functionalities and reporting any issues or errors on the internal HR software/systems according to management requirements and within the scope of job responsibilities. Maintain and update the human resources database in a timely and effective manner_
- 3. Receive, check, and maintain HR documents according to the management requirement_
- 4. Guide and answer employees' questions about HR issues within the scope of job responsibilities_

5. _Coordinate with relevant departments during the preparation process for employee reward, engagement, and recognition activities_

6. _Collect, perform basic analysis, compile data, and prepare HR reports (according to regulations and as requested)_

7. _Support in reviewing and making recommendations to improve processes, procedures, forms, and systems to enhance the quality of HR services_

- 9. Other reasonable duties as requested._
