Our internship programs take place across a variety of dynamic sectors, including business, finance, engineering, law, and much more.

**YOUR ROLE**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:

- Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 interns to ensure consistent and effective outreach to our B2B markets.
- Provide guidance on campaign planning, execution, and optimization.

**List Management and Segmentation**:

- Utilize database platforms to crawl and create lists of potential B2B audience.

**Data Analysis**:

- Analyze key metrics to refine strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement on a weekly basis

**Collaboration with teams**:

- Work closely with business development, operations and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Collaborate on the development of integrated campaigns to maximize lead generation impact of other departments within the organization.

**Qualifications**:
**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience traveling to, living in, or an understanding of program locations: Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, and/or India.
- English fluency is a must, Japanese and/or Korean language skills advantageous but not mandatory.
