Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức các hoạt động theo đặt phòng của khách hàng
Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý & điều hành Spa, Câu lạc bộ trẻ em
Liên tục tìm cách cải thiện hiệu suất thông qua nỗ lực cá nhân và với sự hỗ trợ của những cá nhân/ bộ phận khác
Phối hợp chuẩn bị ngân sách hàng năm của bộ phận, bao gồm cả doanh thu và chi phí dự kiến
Tiến hành đào tạo chuyên môn và thiết lập các Tiêu chuẩn Hoạt động và Sản phẩm Spa
Tăng cường mối quan hệ với khách hàng và xử lý các yêu cầu của khách hàng
Kiểm soát và giám sát chi phí bộ phận liên tục để đảm bảo hiệu suất so với ngân sách
Triển khai và giám sát việc thực hiện các chính sách/ quy định của spa đến nhân viên: chính sách nhân sự, quy trình vận hành spa, qui định về an toàn và sức khỏe
Duy trì các kênh khách hàng trong ngắn hàng và dài hạn
Quản lý vận hành hàng ngày của bộ phận đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng quy định, quy trình của khách sạn
Xử lý các vấn đề vận hành hàng ngày, để đảm bảo trải nghiệm khách hàng tốt và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ.
Khuyến khích, động viên & dẫn dắt đội ngũ chuyên gia trị liệu & tư vấn bán hàng để đạt được mục tiêu bán hàng đầu ra
Triển khai thực hiện các công việc kinh doanh Spa tại cơ sở hiệu quả nhất

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Khả năng tổ chức và giải quyết vấn đề;
Tối thiểu từ 2- 3 năm kinh nghiệm tại mảng Quản lý Lễ tân (Spa); Quản lý trị liệu (Spa)
Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng cơ bản;
Kỹ năng tổ chức, sắp xếp, giám sát công việc;
Khả năng nói & viết tiếng Anh thành thạo.
Trình độ Cao đẳng/Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan
Sáng tạo và năng động;
Chứng chỉ hoặc giấy chứng nhận đào tạo về xoa bóp do cơ sở đào tạo hợp pháp cấp
