- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products for each treatment/therapy
- Ensure equipment & facilities are always in clean condition.
- Deliver and collect linen stock to and from the Housekeeping Department as scheduled
- Prepare products and treatment rooms according to specific instructions and reservations
- Guide guests to book appointments and accommodate their needs in any way possible
- Instruct guests to use facilities such as sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, etc.
- Maintain accurate records as required by the hotel and the regulations of the relevant authorities.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features
- Fully familiar with the hotel's fire and life safety/emergency procedures
- Perform other duties as required by the Manager
