We're looking for Senior (Lead) Account Executive, Reference Check position as below:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contact high schools, colleges, and universities to verify degrees and certificates
- Work closely with applicants and business partners to establish suitable criteria for reference check procedures
- Contact referees to verify information provided by job applicants
- Write comprehensive reports based on reference check findings
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

**Experience requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- From 2 years of experience HR, conducting reference checks and education verification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
