**Job summary**:
Our client is a reputable healthcare firm which specializes in Nutritional products globally. They have lean team in Vietnam and with current commitment plan to build up in Vietnam, they are looking for a GT Channel Manager to join their dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and develop GT activities/execution, drives the shoppers in the retail channel how we can optimize their path to purchase
- Connect the dots between different (data) resources and define the right actionable insights
- Actively participate in internal customer-teams and cross-functional business teams by sharing trade marketing analyses and insights to bring us to the next level and make it become the new normal
- Close cooperation with Head of commercial you create a long term strategy for category development including translation into an actionable channel
- and customer approach and lead category management projects resulting in an optimization of retail for the respective channel.
- Responsible for P&L of Channel and Distributors
- Responsible for category and growth vision stories to create toolkits for market adaptation.
- Planning for recruiting budget and monitoring the assigned budget.
- Developing opportunities MKT in the research, analyzing sales data and market.
- Planning, developing and reviewing Gift Promotion Program, Display Program and activities.
- Developing & implementing the branding campaign through the organization of the event.
- Building relationship with shopper, exploring the needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Handling issues relating to Sales Operation in the region within the given authority.
- Accept and implement extra assignment related to the common goal of the Company.

**Experience requirements**:

- We are looking for an enthusiastic personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and with a Bachelor/Master degree (preferably in Business or Marketing)
- At least 5-7 years of experience in FMCG market within retail. Experience with channel management is a big plus
- Good team player and results orientated
- Can work under pressure, ability to multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, attention to detail, follow-through and meticulous
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with numerous stakeholders to understand competing requirements, influence outcomes and deliver effective services. Need to be comfortable to work with multi country or cultural environment
- Highly independent and resourceful.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- High level of Commercial & Business Acumen coupled with common sense
- Expertise in modelling with the ability to prepare and present complex data in a simple and understandable manner
