Sales & Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential customers through research and networking, and initiate contact to arrange meetings or presentations.
- Attend networking events to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals.
- Provide support to the team as needed.
- Familiarize yourself with all the services offered by the company.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent sales skills, including proficiency in English.
- At least 2+ years of related working experience.
- Professional and confident communication with C-Level Executives.
- Flexibility, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- University or college diploma.
**Expectation From Management**
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients needing recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Targets & Revenue Growth:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding client portfolios and upselling services.
Market Research & Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment market changes, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities within specific sectors (both Tech and non-Tech) to align the company's services with market needs.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression towards closing deals.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Negotiate recruitment service contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closure.
- Manage client expectations around service delivery and recruitment outcomes.
Collaboration with Recruitment Team:
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Provide feedback on the client’s expectations to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
