- Key Account Manager- MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC1. Chịu trách nhiệm phát triển chỉ tiêu doanh thu nhằm đạt được mục tiêu kinh doanh của Ngành hàng hàng tháng, quý, năm/ _Be responsible for developing the sales targets to achieve the business objective of Business Unit by monthly, quarterly and yearly_
- Lên kế hoạch, xác định Khách hàng tiềm năng lớn qua phân loại phân khúc thị trường và thông tin Khách hàng/ _Plan, define Key Account assortments by segment and customer file_
- Giám sát, phân tích hiệu quả bán hàng và xu hướng phát triển các Kênh, Khách hàng, Đại lý/ _Monitor, analyze sales performance and trends by channels, customers and outlets_
- Lãnh đạo, phát triển và thực thi các hoạt động Sales cùng Khách hàng dựa vào kế hoạch đã hoạch định, thống nhất nội bộ và bên ngoài/ _Lead, develop and implement the Sales activities with customers based on agreed plan, and align internal/ external_
- Phối hợp với đội ngũ MKT trong các dự án yêu cầu các chương trình MKT/Khuyến mãi cụ thể cho Khách hàng tiềm năng lớn/ _Coordinate with the Marketing team for the projects which required for Key Account specific MKT/ promotions_
2. Xây dựng, phát triển mối quan hệ Khách hàng vững mạnh để bán được lượng hàng tiêu thụ vượt trội/ _Build up, develop the strong relationship with key accounts/ customers that exceed a given sales volumes_
- Tìm kiếm những dự án tiềm năng, bán sản phẩm tới Khách hàng tiềm năng lớn và duy trì tốt mối quan hệ với họ/ _Find potential projects, sell products to key accounts/ customers and maintain good relationships with them_
- Xác định rõ các yêu cầu cho từng Khách hàng, đàm phán và xác minh trong nội Công ty tất cả điều khoản hợp đồng yêu cầu điều chỉnh về số lượng, sản phẩm dịch vụ trước khi đưa ra cam kết cuối cùng với Khách hàng/ _Define requirements for each Customer, negotiate and verify within the Company all contract terms that require adjustments in volume, products and services before final commitment is made to customer_
- Đề xuất các sản phẩm và chính sách bán hàng tới Khách hàng/ _Propose products and selling policies for the Customers_
- Phối hợp với các Phòng Ban để mang lại Dịch vụ Khách hàng tốt nhất/ _Coordinate with other Departments to bring the best Customer Service_
3. Quản lý, đào tạo, huấn luyện đội Sales nhằm đảm bảo giữ mối liên hệ tốt với Khách hàng và đạt được chỉ tiêu doanh số hàng tháng, quý, năm/ _Manage, coach and train team to ensure keep in touch with key accounts/ customers and achieve the target monthly/ quarterly and yearly_
- Lãnh đạo, quản lý hiệu quả bán hàng của đội Sales / _Lead, manage the sales performances of Sales Team_
- Giám sát, cung cấp sự hỗ trợ để cải thiện kỹ năng cho đội sales / _Monitor, provide supports in improving skills of Sales Team_

- YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC1. Trình độ học vấn, chuyên môn/ _Education background_:_
- Đại học/ Cao đẳng/ Chuyên ngành QTKD/ MKT/ Kinh Tế/ _University/ College with the Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economic major_
2. Kinh nghiệm/ _Working Experience_:
- Ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý sales/ _At least 05 years of experiences in the sales management position_
3. Năng lực/ _Competency:_**_ _**
- Vi tính trình độ A/ _Computer level A_
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp B hoặc trở lên_/ English Communication B or over_
- Kỹ năng hoạch định_/ Planning skills_
- Kỹ năng đàm phán_/ Negotiation skills_
