About the job

Closely work with stakeholders to resolve issues of CMMS and COLOS as well as give the consulting for users in these systems matters
Manage CMMS, COLOS ticket on Service Desk and coordinate with vendor to support the system daily operation and deliver IT services within SLA
Take responsibility for CMMS, COLOS specialized change requests to analyze into business requirement details then propose solutions related to SAP, BI,..., drive communication & manage timeline to ensure on-track deliverable milestone
Assist in project management related to Manufacturing from discovering stage to building network, managing the project timeline, engaging stakeholders, testing till launching and change management.
Play as the primary IT point of contact to business line executives, perform business analysis, propose solutions, and prepare recommendations as needed, provide support in delivering projects that meet the needs of the business and deliverable milestone.

About you

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar technical fields.
At least 3 years of experience in related roles especially in manufacturing field
Strong understanding of Enterprise Applications, especially Manufacturing systems, IT Service Management and of IT Control
Strong at business analysis to provide good IT solutions for business needs and project management
Strong communication skills and business partnering attitude.
