Lead the complete Automotive Aftermarket business to achieve the organic growth objectives, including:
Develop and expand the customer base for Automotive Aftermarket.
Understand and analyze industry trends to develop new markets and sales strategies for SKF, including eyes on the competition.
Lead monitoring commercial campaigns and marketing activities to increase sales.
Formulating, managing, and monitoring parts pricing strategy across markets.
Develop common business processes and commercial tools.
Act as the company window person to make business deals with customers by engaging in all kinds of communication, coordination and consultation in products and service.
Build up good and long-term relationships with customers, understanding and knowing their needs, machines, development life cycles and market trends.
Handle performance and conformance complaints in accordance with quality procedures.
Be updated on technologies, products, and services available within the SKF organization as well as from SKF partners related to his/her areas.
Takes on total customer management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling and payment follow-up.
Coordinate with Market Section to fulfill the efficient marketing activities.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Degree or Higher in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
Automotive Aftermarket experience with 3-5 years or more in industry.
English skill for business purpose.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proven track record of sales growth in Distributor Management.
Proven ability to deal with changes in a fast
- paced business environment.
Personal accountability to align with the SKF Employee Development & Leadership model.
An inner drive to understand, communicate and exceed established agreed upon goals.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability and willingness to communicate, and work with other regions.
Proven ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external customers.
Proven ability to focus and prioritize task and objectives.
