**What You Do**:

- The BUM is responsible and accountable for the short term and medium term development of the business in Vietnam and full achievement the business objectives agreed with senior management.
- To be responsible for continual expansion opportunities (territories, customers and product) in the local market.

**Your Roles:
- To build credible, professional relationships with KOL and cultivate a wide range of clinical, medical, pharmacy and product advocates within all influential functions of target customers' businesses. To take part in negotiations with major national key accounts, develop and secure personal contact with major clients.
- To manage the creation, development, approval and distribution / implementation of communication materials and programs to ensure that these materials are aligned with strategy and positioning, as well as produced in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- To serve as key source of local BU knowledge of the therapeutic area, the products, and the competition. Work with in house and outsource partners to research market needs and opportunities. Monitor competitive trends in assigned areas and suggest appropriate action to better position products in development.
- To lead the promotion and differentiation of leadership in products, devices and support services to key executives and decision makers.
- To create, implement, monitor progress and update Account Business for assigned accounts.
- To plan promotional budget, manage the key account expense (analyze and justify budget requests and measure account proposal on negotiate terms and profitability) and lead the execution and development of contract business case toward maximizing the ROI.
- To identify by anticipation strategic and administrative needs, involve the appropriate decision-makers and implement proper formulary management guidelines, procedure, policies within the BU activities.
- To provide leadership (direction, market feedback, recommendations, support, development) to field force & marketing staffs and management as appropriate.
- To seek & develop own knowledge on pharmaceutical industry & actively contribute to the development of the BU strategy.
- To recognize a reportable adverse event or safety information and having the necessary information forwarded to the Local Drug Safety Contact in Vietnam in a timely manner.

**Who You Are**:

- Gradudated in Pharmacist or Doctor and a MBA degree is a plus. Good communication in English (TOEIC 800) and Vietnamese. Have thorough knowledge of Pharmaceutical market
- At least 6 years in Pharmaceutical market and 3 years successful in similar role in an international company. Successful experience in Key Account management and marketing. Have good experience in field force management & territory management.
- Required skills and competencies: Be result-oriented & customer focus, well organized, analytical thinking, honest, teamwork and deal with conflict constructively. Be proactive, a good motivator, ability to work independently and under pressure. Ability to tolerate risk and deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent intercultural communication and interpersonal skills. Have a good management mind. Good in marketing planning and execution: have the ability to initiative, plan, manage, make thing happened & lead change.
