**Giới thiệu**:
Được thành lập năm 2005, Basebs là chuyên gia về giải pháp Call Center Contact Center tại Việt Nam. Giải pháp của chúng tôi ưu việt về giá cũng như các tính năng công nghệ nổi bật nhất nhằm tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm của khách hàng.
- Đánh giá, phân loại yêu cầu, trực tiếp xử lý yêu cầu đơn giản theo quy trình và phạm vi cho phép.
- Đề xuất chuyển tiếp các yêu cầu, sự cố lên mức hỗ trợ cao hơn tới cán bộ quản lý dịch vụ, cập nhật thông tin trong quá xử lý thường xuyên đến khách hàng.
- Bàn giao và lắp đặt các thiết bị hardphone, headsettừ bộ phận kinh doanh.
- Lắng nghe phản hồi từ phía khách hàng để cải thiện hoặc đề xuất hướng giải quyết đến bộ phận xử lý hiệu quả hơn.
- Cài đặt máy tính, máy in, kết nối mạng... dành cho nội bộ Công ty.
- Thường xuyên cập nhật các tài liệu xử lý nhanh các sự cố thường gặp, tài liệu step by step để khách hàng chủ động kiểm tra hoặc xử lý sự cố thường gặp khi phát sinh.
- Thường xuyên nâng cao kiến thức thông qua việc tự học và trao đổi thông tin giữa các Team khác trong Công ty.
- Thực hiện báo cáo hàng tuần các công việc đã thực hiện, các công việc cụ thể được trao đổi trong buổi phỏng vấn.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên yêu cầu.

**Kinh nghiệm, kỹ năng và học vấn cần thiết**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành liên quan đến CNTT.
- Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm IT Support, IT Helpsesk
- Có kiến thức, kinh nghiệm về hệ thống tổng đài VoIP hoặc Call Center sẽ là lợi thế
- Có kinh nghiệm trong vấn đề hỗ trợ khách hàng khắc phục sự cố sẽ là lợi thế.
- Có thể làm việc với áp lực cao, nhạy bén trong giao tiếp và tiếp thu nhanh thông tin.
- Có tác phong làm việc chỉnh chu đúng tác phong công sở.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc làm việc theo nhóm tốt, luôn chủ động trong công việc, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và tính kỷ luật cao.
- Có kỹ năng lắng nghe, trao đổi và hiểu chính xác nhu cầu khách hàng.
- Có kỹ truyền đạt thông tin đến khách hàng rõ ràng, dễ hiểu và tính thuyết phục cao.
