Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Branding

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team to organize talent attraction programs.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team and various stakeholders, partners on talent attraction initiatives (Unitours, Office tours, Career talks, etc.).
  • Assist in large-scale recruitment efforts, contribute to employer branding projects including social media and physical activities.

Talent Engagement

  • Work collaboratively across teams to strategize and execute talent events (Promotion Ceremony, Cinema Day, D-Hour, Well-being Month, etc.).

Onboarding and Recognition

  • Support in the onboarding process of new team members by managing logistics, communications, and follow-ups.
  • Aid in designing initiatives to promote best practices at work and acknowledge employee contributions.
  • Execute other duties as requested by the team leader.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in relevant HR areas.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Preferably, experience with an International Company in the Financial Services Sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Creative and Graphic design.
  • Proactive with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Capable of independent work to plan and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent team player with advanced verbal and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in using Windows, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
