What you'll be doing

The team at Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) offers Application Managed Service (AMS) or Operate services to our Clients in the SEA region for different ERP applications. We collaborate with our Clients to ensure business continuity and provide value-added tasks by introducing continuous enhancements within the internal IT processes and procedures, as well as the business processes outlined in the application. The support from the AMS team allows our Clients to focus more on their strategic tasks while we concentrate on maintaining the business satisfaction for the implemented application.

The Kuala Lumpur Delivery Center (KL DC) team collaborates closely with our Consulting team to provide comprehensive services to our Clients from Advisory, Implement to Operate. We play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition from the project implementation team or the Client's existing AMS service provider.

Our team comprises diverse sub-teams in various locations (Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore) supporting different ERP applications. As a Consultant in this dynamic & expanding team, you will have the chance to leverage state-of-the-art technologies such as Cloud Apps - within SAP & Oracle, Automation/RPA/ Salesforce, and Business Transformation.

You will master the delivery of operate services, which includes troubleshooting and grasping the request/problem raised, resolving day-to-day production issues (bug fixes) within the agreed Service Level Agreements, pinpointing potential areas for enhancement, and implementing the enhancements. You will support the team in trending analysis and other internal initiatives to cultivate the necessary functional, technical, and soft skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Solving business issues by customizing the Salesforce Platform
  • Developing, configuring, and automating technology solutions to provide business value
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as creating custom reports and dashboards
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and eliminating duplicate entries
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as offering training and support
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
  • Generating reports for sales and other departments

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar setting
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce systems administration and maintenance
  • Experience in executing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring seamless integration
  • Exceptional proficiency in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Ability to create Salesforce profiles, assign roles, and manage access
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
  • Aptitude for providing Salesforce training and end-user support
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in project management and business analysis
  • Salesforce certification(s) (preferred)
  • Involvement in the Salesforce community (preferred)
  • Curious, creative, proactive, and always eager for fresh challenges
  • Open to exploring and expanding knowledge continuously
  • Willing to work according to the Client's business days and office hours
  • Ready to work on shifts and/or on-call as needed
  • Ability to travel if necessary, such as being stationed at the Client's site for the project
