Mô Tả Công Việc:

  • Liaising between the IT department, User Experience department and the Executive branches
  • Analyzing and understanding strategic business needs
  • Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches; proposing solutions to meet bussness requirement as well as the design of technical systems if neccessary
  • Writing and maintaining robust functional specifications
  • Conducting regular standups with development team and product owner in the capacity of a SRUM Master.
  • Managing change requests from stakeholders
  • Conducting Quality Assurance and Quality Control tests, A/B tests and UAT sections with users and product owners
  • Utilizing and analyzing IT data for business insights
  • Enhancing the quality of IT products and services

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years in an IT Business Analyst role
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
