KEY JOB ACCOUTABILITIES
Build and drive all local development/ implementation of Digital, CRM & Ecommerce function in Vietnam.

Working with Head of Digital & EC to build/develop data infrastructure with a strategic/relevant framework, deliver business objectives and sales target with KPIs metric, and build SCV Vietnam become digital-driven organization, as well data-driven organization.


KEY PILLARS FOCUS will be allocated as below:

  • Be the expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each platform/campaigns/projects. across core aspects of Digital, CRM & Ecommerce.
  • Design market/business intelligence reports & performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management.
  • Develop and Automate reports, interactively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with internal mostly with projectbased external partner communication to understand ongoing business needs, formulate and complete analysis that includes data gathering, cleaning, exploring, analysizing & automating at scale for presentation and business decision making.
  • Support and Perform adhoc projects on data projection, data analysis, performance tracking, and summarize data analysis requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master Excel advanced level with Power Query & VBA. Also, structuring data queries with SQL & visualization data skill through PowerBI.. is an advtange.
  • 3+ years or more in Ecommerce/Digital MKT, multinational groups/company in Personal Care, FMCGs business, or Ecom Platforms is a plus
  • Experience in Ecommerce business models
  • Good interpersonal skill & presentation skill.
