About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and auditing processes. Your expertise will drive efficiency and excellence in our accounting practices, supporting the organization's growth and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute month-end close tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidations of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Oversee preparation of materials and lead financial close meetings with leadership.
  • Manage international and GL accounting team members.
  • Manage revenue recognition processes and calculations, ensuring adherence to ASC 606 standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on accounting-related projects, such as finance tool implementations, adoption of new accounting standards, and process improvements.
  • Lead ongoing accounting initiatives, including capitalized software and capitalized commissions.
  • Oversee annual financial statement audit and tax reporting.
  • Oversee accounting operations, including order to cash, procurement, and cash.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • 6+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience using various ERP systems and finance tools, such as Netsuite, Coupa, Expensify, and Navan.
  • High growth technology industry experience, with SaaS experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrate proactive technical accounting assessment and communication.
