**Job summary**:
Our client is big group focuses on growing its portfolio in two sectors**:Transportation Infrastructure** and **Automotive services**, & **Finance and Insurance - **looking for** Director of nonlife insurance (motor vehicle)**

**Responsibilities**:
1.Xây dựng và phát triển đội nhóm:

- Tuyển dụng và xây dựng đội ngũ quản lý kinh doanh và tư vấn viên chuyên nghiệp phù hợp với mục tiêu của kênh;
- Phát triển và thực hiện quy trình quản lý hoạt động hiệu quả; có sự hướng dẫn bài bản để đảm bảo các nhóm kinh doanh hoạt động thành công và phát triển bền vững;
- Giám sát, quản lý và đánh giá kết quả làm việc của quản lý và lực lượng tư vấn để đạt được mục tiêu kinh doanh đặt ra;
- Kiểm tra và đảm bảo phát triển kỹ năng nghề nghiệp chuyên nghiệp của các Trưởng phòng kinh doanh, và chuyên viên kinh doanh đảm bảo cung cấp dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp tới khách hàng.
- Tăng cường doanh số và hoạt động bán hàng:
2.Lên kế hoạch đáp ứng các mục tiêu và chỉ tiêu được giao;
- Tăng năng suất bán hàng thông qua việc quản lý trực tiếp và đề ra các biện pháp kinh doanh hiệu quả.

3.Hoạt động đào tạo và phát triển:

- Xây dựng và phát triển chương trình đào tạo bảo hiểm, các kỹ năng mềm cho nhân viên kinh doanh và đội ngũ bán hàng trực tiếp nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng, phát triển và năng suất đề ra.
- Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

**Experience requirements**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành kinh tế, tài chính, ngân hàng, bảo hiểm...
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý kinh doanh và khai thác bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ (đặc biệt BH xe cơ giới) tối thiểu 3 năm.
- Nắm rõ các quy định pháp luật về bảo hiểm, hoạt động kinh doanh ngân hàng, cách thức triển khai liên kết giữa bảo hiểm và ngân hàng, các quy trình, quy định, sản phẩm bảo hiểm.
- Khả năng nghiên cứu và phân tích thị trường, khả năng xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch và chính sách, khả năng phát triển kinh doanh theo hệ thống.
- Khả năng tư duy chiến lược, phát triển con người, đánh giá và ra quyết định.
- Có mối quan hệ sâu rộng đối với các đối tác Bảo hiểm, Ngân hàng trên thị trường là một lợi thế.
