- I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Thực hiện công tác xây dựng, phát triển chính sách, chương trình, sản phẩm, quy trình cho vay:

- Nghiên cứu, xây dựng quy trình, chính sách, phát triển sản phẩm cho vay;
- Đầu mối phối hợp với các bộ phận trong công ty đánh giá sản phẩm để đề

xuất về việc tiếp tục/dừng/cải tiến sản phẩm;
- Xây dựng và chỉnh sửa bộ tài liệu đào tạo sale kits,phục vụ công tác đào tạo sản phẩm, quy trình;
- Thực hiện theo dõi, báo cáo về sản phẩm, quy trình theo yêu cầu;
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận triển khai thực hiện hoạt động marketing, tiếp thị sản phẩm;
- Tư vấn, hỗ trợ, giải đáp các vướng mắc và hướng dẫn về các quy trình, chính sách, chương trình, sản phẩm cho các Chi nhánh trên toàn hệ thống.

2. Đào tạo, hướng dẫn về quy trình, chính sách sản phẩm cho nhân sự tại Chi nhánh và các bộ phận có liên quan
3. Hợp tác thân thiện, hiệu quả với các bộ phận, cá nhân trong toàn công ty vì mục tiêu chung của Công ty và chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng.
4. Chịu trách nhiệm trước Quản lý trực tiếp, Công ty và pháp luật về kết quả
công việc được giao.
5. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp và
theo quy định của Công ty trong từng thời kỳ.

II. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1. Yêu cầu về trình độ và kinh nghiệm
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên ngành Kinh tế, Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Quản trị kinh doanh, Marketing, Thương mại, Luật.
- Kinh nghiệm: 03 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trực tiếp tại vị trí xây dựng chính sách và phát triển sản phẩm cho vay tại các ngân hàng thương mại hoặc công ty tài chính.
- Tiếng Anh: Đọc, viết thành thạo, giao tiếp cơ bản
- Tin học văn phòng: thành thạo
- Kỹ năng thuyết trình tốt, báo cáo logic

2. Yêu cầu về kiến thức và kỹ năng
- Am hiểu kiến thức chuyên môn nghiệp vụ về hoạt động kinh doanh cho vay, xây dựng chính sách, phát triển sản phẩm dịch vụ cho vay trong lĩnh vực tài chính, ngân hàng
- Hiểu biết pháp luật liên quan đến cho vay trong lĩnh vực tài chính, ngân hàng
