About this team

Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition department seeks out the people in the world that would add to our values and culture.

As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster the growth of our organization.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City. Reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

A day in the life:

  • Oversees entire cycle recruiting processes, including, but not limited to, sourcing, applicant screening, facilitating interviews, advising hiring managers and extending job offers
  • An innate connector who loves to build pipelines and deep networks of diverse talent across industries and geographies
  • Be the innovative, creative, outofthebox developer and designer of recruitment strategies, with any other duties and tasks that are assigned

Qualifications:

  • Your ideal background: 5 years+ of experience in the Talent Acquisition function with hiring experience across Supply Chain, Buying and Sourcing office
  • You have a proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods, including direct sourcing, social recruiting and classic techniques and working directly with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have the courage and accountability to influence and negotiate to support team goals and drive changes
  • You can speak good English (with Vietnamese preferred), and you also love to have fun and sweat
  • Leads through the Company's core values of: courage, personal responsibility, connection, fun and inclusion
