About the Department


The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement lease requirements, manage and maintain the lease portfolio for the Bank.
  • Deliver fitout works/ renovation works of offices and branches in a cost efficient and effective way.
  • Budget/ timescale planning for renovation projects of the Bank.
  • Lead the Design works of projects.
  • Prepare a test fit drawings, tender documents included tender drawings, bill of quantity, technical specifications, materials list contract.
  • Check material samples, construction drawings, shop drawings, and other project drawings to ensure to compliance with technical specifications and requirements.
  • Provide technical clarification and validate technical proposal from bidders/ Contractors.
  • Manage contractor, main contractors/ Supervise renovation works to ensure the deliverables and completion of the project in term of quality, schedule & cost effective.
  • Carry out relevant risk assessments when required.
  • Ensure adherence to all procedures and rules & regulations of the Authorities and Group.
  • Other duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, M&E, property, building, estate management or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Possesses minimum 0810 years of relevant working experiences. Having experience in fitting out projects for Banks is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MEP, Security System, constructions works
  • Be proactive and able to work independently with sound technical knowledge to deliver results within tight deadlines
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
