- Lên kế hoạch mục tiêuTraffict, chuyển đổi, GMV và các chương trình Promotion, các kế hoạch công việc cần làm để team đạt được mục tiêu trên.
- Trao đổi, điều phối nhân sự thực hiện, định kì kiểm tra số liệu, tiến độ thực hiện để điều chỉnh, đốc thúc team hoàn thành mục tiêu.
- Đo lường, điều chỉnh để tối ưu hiệu quả của các chương trình Promotion (voucher, deal, gift...), các hoạt động thúc đẩy GMV (Live, video, CRM, v.v...) theo ngày BAU, Spike, Minispike, Brand day trong tháng/ Quý/ Năm trên các nền tảng Shopee, Tiktokshop, Lazada.
- Làm việc với bộ phận chức năng trong nội bộ công ty (Live Care, Digital, Media, BM, Booking Service, Customer Service, Logistics), các nguồn lực support bên ngoài (AM, KAM, Agency) để kéo traffic, tối ưu CR, tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm người dùng, push AOV, GMV, kiểm soát chi phí, tối ưu CIR trên nền tảng Ecom chính.
- Báo cáo, tư vấn cho Sale Director về hiệu quả, xu hướng ngành, bố trí nhân sự team vận hành.

- Có kinh nghiệm làm Senior Ecom Excutive/ Ecom Leadtrên ít nhất 02 nền tảng Shopee, Tiktokshop tối thiểu 6 tháng. Ưu tiên nắm sàn có gmv > 1 tỷ/tháng.
- Đúng Deadline, làm việc có kế hoạch, tư duy quản lý tốt, nhanh nhạy với cái mới.

QUYỀN LỢI ỨNG VIÊN
- Sếp cởi mở, thẳng thắn. Sản phẩm có chất lượng, đầu tư Thương hiệu, top sản phẩm bán chạy trên nền tảng Ecom
- Lương cứng: 10-13 triệu/tháng + lương kpis. Tổng thu nhập: 13-16triệu/tháng. Chế độ BHXH, thưởng lễ Tết, nghỉ phép, lương tháng 13.
