Position Summary

1. Maximize sales revenue by understanding the assigned regions and accounts.

2. Pursue market leadership via understanding the value chain of online and traditional businesses and secure the market leadership by managing market distribution trends.

3. Develop short, mid, and long term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve the business objectives.

4. Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management.

Role and Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the sales performance of the Enhanced Partnership Program (EPP) channel.
- Collaborate with the B2B team to build strong relationships with partners to drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to support ecommerce sales initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns onsite.
- Oversee AP1/AP2 and RTF.
- Assist the Sales Lead in implementing sales-supportive platforms and EPP channel expansion.

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
